By creating an account you agree to these terms. UPENDWA is operated from Rwanda. Company registration is in progress; full legal details will be added here once registered.

Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement. Accounts of anyone under 18 are removed.
Your account
Give true information, use your own photos, and keep your password private. One account per person.
Your conduct
Follow our Community Guidelines. No harassment, threats, scams, requests for money, spam, impersonation or explicit content.
Moderation
Our team may warn, restrict or suspend accounts that break the rules. Each action has a recorded reason.
A restriction lasts 7 days, during which you cannot send messages; it then ends automatically. Suspensions last until our team reviews and restores the account.

Deleting your account
You can request deletion in Settings. Your profile is hidden immediately and your data is erased after 30 days unless you cancel.
Paid features
UPENDWA is currently free. Any future paid features will be clearly priced before purchase.
Safety
We work hard to keep UPENDWA safe but cannot check every member's background. Take care when meeting people — see our Safety Centre.
Governing law
[To be confirmed by legal review — expected to be the laws of Rwanda.]
